They will because they are renting the stadium out


Most of the neutral site games are put on by a 3rd party promoter that guarantees each team $X to play the game. As the promoter, they pay the rent, sell the tickets, and get the income generated (after costs) of the auxiliary income.

That said, there are many different ways that arenas/stadiums are rented out, and it depends on each place.

Some places, you rent the building out, and you are responsible for staffing, buying the food/drinks, ticket sales, and even cleaning the building afterwards. Others it can be you rent the building for a smaller fee than the previous, and the arena provides the staffing to handle all of those things and gives you a cut of that income. Then there is another option, you rent the building for an even smaller fee, keep the ticket revenue, and the arena gets all the other income.

GT does the first at their home games, and I would bet that they are doing the second at this game.
